Payment and Fees

A free 20-minute consultation by phone is available for new clients.

All standard sessions are 50 minutes and the fee is $140 (no HST). Registered Social Workers are exempt from charging HST for counselling services.

Payment is accepted each session by e-transfer.

Extended Health Coverage

A receipt will be provided each session. Connections In Counselling does not offer direct billing to insurance companies. If you have coverage for an MSW, BSW, RSW and/or Psychotherapist, you can submit the receipt to your insurance company to claim your money back. 

Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a session. We request full payment for sessions that are missed or when less than 24 hours notice is provided.
